FEES PSYCHO-EDUCATIONAL ASSESSEMENT: includes Parent intake, Assessment sessions (3 hours), Written report, and Feedback session; (Total 5 hours): R6000 - These assessments allow for identification of challenges faced by the client and provide the parent with a written psycho-educational assessment report. - For Accommodation/Concession assessments an additional session (1 hour/R1200) may be required. SCHOOL visits and/or teacher interviews (if required) No Charge - These visits, conducted at the therapist's discretion, after discussion with the parent and with approval of the school, allow the therapist to gain an alternative perspective on the behaviours and challenges faced by the client Initial INTAKE/PARENT interview (51-60 min): - This interview serves to obtain the background of the client and provides insight to the challenges faced before assessment takes place INDIVIDUAL session/consultation/therapy hourly rate (51-60 min): R1200 - These sessions explore both emotional and behavioural challenges the client may be facing Should more sessions/further assessment be indicated, or requested, this will be discussed with the parent and additional costs quoted as applicable at the hourly rate of R1200 Payment may be made in CASH or EFT, I am also able to claim from some medical aids. Fees are due at time of appointment, a payment plan may be arranged by discussion. Fees are within the bounds set by the Medical Aid Services and may be claimable by the client depending on the service provided and the restrictions of the Medical Aid Service.
